Richard D. Finley

Richard D. Finley, age 68, of Fairview Heights, IL born on January 12, 1951 in East St. Louis, IL died on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Finley was a laborer with Laborer’s Local #670 in O’Fallon, IL for the past 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Esther, nee Stockton, Finley, Sr.

Surviving is his son, Iean (Melissa) Finley of Collinsville, IL; his two grandchildren, Emily and Evan Finley; his brother, William “Bill” Finley, Jr. of Fairview Heights, IL, and his life partner, Joyce Stott of Trenton, IL.

Memorial donations may be made to the O’Fallon VFW.  

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 1:00-4:00 P.M. at the O’Fallon VFW, 223 West First Street, O’Fallon, IL.
