Judith A. Clifton

Judith Ann “Judy” Clifton, age 74, of Fairview Heights, IL, born on May 21, 1943 in East St. Louis, IL, died on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at her residence.  

Judy was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Caseyville, IL, serving on the Church Council and Ladies Aid.  Judy worked for Bank of America, St. Louis, MO in the trust department for over 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer H. and Eleanor E., nee Berger, Bertels.

Surviving is her son, Brian Clifton of Fairview Heights, IL; her brother Donald (Sue) Bertels of Newport Richey, FL; and her nephew, Christopher Bertels (Bridget).

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Jonathan Winterfeldt officiating.  Interment in O’Fallon City Cemetery, O’Fallon, IL.
