Jonathan Bailey Cook

Jonathan Bailey Cook died on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. Jonathan was born on September 27, 2005, in Abilene, TX. …he was 12 years old.

Jonathan had a beautifully huge heart, he was always very considerate of others’ feelings and loved nothing more than simple hanging out, playing GTA, watching vines, leaving his drinks lying around, and swimming, all with his friends Owen, Dalton, Shaylee, and anyone else who wanted to join in. He loved driving Go-Karts and going to see Marvel and DC movies with his Dad, watching old TV shows with his mom, and he loved how playing with his little sister kept him from becoming a teenager too fast.

He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Lisa Kilcauski & his cat Hercules. 

Jonathan is survived by his parents, Joshua and Amanda (Kilcauski) Cook; his little sister Olivia; his grandparents, Sandy & Kevin Arnold of Belleville, IL, Randy & Karen Cook of St. Peters, Mo., Charles and Kim Kilcauski of Highland, IL.; his great-grandparents Chuck & Carol Kilcauski, Delores Jones, and Marie Moran; many aunts, uncles, cousins, Mom’s #2 & #3, and his German Shepherd, Archer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends of Kids with Cancer.

Memorial visitation will be held from 3-7p on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd. Fairview Heights, IL.
