John "Larry" Palmeri

Angela and family I was so sorry to hear about your dad! I will always remember he and your mom coming in the bank together never knowing what was up, but always bringing a smile to my face. Two of the best people I ever had the pleasure of knowing.

We have many fond memories of Larry from our association with him at the YMCA. Larry was so welcoming to the early morning crowd. And he was always ready to celebrate any special day- with hats, beads, bracelets,etc. In addition, he was so thoughtful when others had a birthday or other special event. We will miss him and his legendary “Hey, kids!”

I am very sorry to read of the loss of, Mr. Palmeri. With all his accomplishments, he was an amazing man! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is John 11:25, which says, "Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolence for the loss of your beloved father, grandpa and friend.
