To Chuck's family,
I met your husband and father in 2001 when I moved in the gray house next door. He showed up on moving day to introduce himself and offer help. Whenever we would see each other out, we would stop and chat for a while. He was always offering to help me with anything I needed. As he got older, I tried to return the favor by helping him whenever I could. I always enjoyed the stories of his life and the theories he had worked on for different military initiatives. Whenever anyone new was over at the house he liked to stop by and meet them; he loved to meet and talk to new people. I'm sorry I won't be able to attend the service tomorrow and I'm sorry I never really got to meet or know any of you. Chuck was a great man and I'm sure going to miss him. I cut his grass for the last few years and would be happy to help with it while you figure things out if you need me too. Please email me if there's anything I can do. My deepest sympathy, Jon Fahey
