So very sad to hear this news. We knew BJ back in 1973 when he was serving in the Air Force in Belgium. He was instrumental in our meeting and later marrying. Because of BJ’s love of languages, he sought out classes to learn Flemish, and persuaded several of his fellow servicemen to sign up for classes in the school in Hasselt. Maura was living and working in Hasselt, and had also signed up for the classes. We were married in 1974, and celebrated our 45th anniversary yesterday (19th Nov). So sorry for your loss. May he Rest In Peace.

To the Family I am sorry for your loss, I severed with Chief in 1977 to 1980 at Norton AFB CA Chief was a guiding light to me at the time I was young he help me to chose my path and don't let others keep me from it.

Bob Jenkins was a close friend for many years. I will miss him. Bob was a good friend to many. He loved the TRIO Community and he was always there to help. Prior to Bob becoming the registrar and treasurer for EOA(MAEOPP) he served as the Missouri State Representative for Mo-Kan-Ne. He did an outstanding job.
I was fortunate to have Bob as treasurer during my year as President in 2004 for EOA (MAEOPP). Bob was a wealth of knowledge. He was a good friend, teacher, and mentor. He will be missed.
