Billy E. Marshall

Billy E. Marshall, age 56, of Lebanon, IL, born on March 15, 1962 in East St. Louis, IL died on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Lebanon Care Center, Lebanon, IL.

Billy was a self-employed mechanic prior to being involved in a motor vehicle accident and placed in a nursing center for the last 32 years of his life. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, George T. and Mary J., nee Keywood, Marshall and his brother, Charles Frost.

Billy is survived by his sisters, Kay Andrea Curtis and Kathy A. Mueller; his brothers, Joseph T. (Kathy) Marshall and James R. Marshall; and his children, Melissa Obptande, Danny Obptande, Billy Obptande and Dawn Obptande.  Billy is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his extended family at Lebanon Care Center. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL, with Msgr. James Buerster officiating.  Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
